What Camp Is Like
Camp Journey NW blends the excitement of a traditional summer camp with the medical care children impacted by cancer may need. Campers enjoy outdoor adventures, cabin life, camp traditions, and new friendships while being supported by trained volunteers and pediatric oncology medical staff.
Throughout the week, campers are encouraged to explore new activities, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids.

Every day is filled with opportunities for fun, creativity, and adventure. While activities may vary from year to year, campers can look forward to experiences like:

Information For Parents
We understand that sending your child to camp is a big decision. Camp Journey NW is staffed by pediatric oncology doctors, nurses, and trained volunteers who work together to provide a safe and supportive environment throughout the week.
Additional information about arrival times, medications, dietary needs, communication, and camp schedules will be provided before camp begins.
